For various reasons, there are some countries that Print Magic Store cannot ship to.

What are Print Magic Store holiday working hours?

Print Magic Store production facilities are open Monday through Friday, from 6:30 am EST/MESZ to 11:30 pm.

Shipments are picked up daily by the carrier (times vary). During peak seasons we extend our production working hours as required. 

All Print Magic Store North American sites and offices are closed on the following dates:

• May 31, 2021
• July 5, 2021
• September 6, 2021
• November 25, 2021
• December 24-27, 2021
• January 3, 2022

Our European facilities work on different schedules since all 3 productions are in different countries and have different holidays.

Where is my order produced?

Where your orders will be produced depends on your selection during the registration process. Print Magic Store has 3 production facilities in Europe and 2 production facilities in the USA

 If your orders are produced in Europe:

Products in Europe will either be produced in our main office in Leipzig, Germany or one of our bigger production facilities in Krupka, Czech Republic or Legnica, Poland.

If your orders are produced in the USA:

Your products will be produced at one of Print Magic Store two U.S. print facilities. Our Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and Las Vegas, Nevada facilities are well-versed in quality and speed, assuring an ideal buying (and selling) experience and have the resources on-hand for a high ceiling of upward scaling.

The Greensburg facility houses eleven cutting-edge printers, clocking in at an average print time of 5.72 seconds per product. With forty-nine employees on hand, the plant produces an average of 3,100 products per day. Meanwhile, the Vegas facility employs the services of twelve printers and thirty-six employees, giving that facility an average print time of 5.83 seconds per product and 2,304 products printed per day.

How are items packed/sent to customers?

Print Magic Store utilizes white label packaging and package inserts, meaning that both are completely devoid of any branding or identifying marks. The customers are yours, the products are yours, the brand is yours. Print Magic Store branding will not appear on anything we ship to customers.

How can I see the status of an order?

Print Magic Store will update you via email.

Changing Return To Sender address

If you have an address in the USA and your orders are shipped from one of our US production locations, your address will be automatically set as the RTS (Return to Sender) address.

If you live outside the US or the orders are shipped from our European production locations.

Information for out of stock items

We will put the item in production as soon as it is in stock, normally within the next 28 days. However, if you do not wish to wait, you can replace the item with a similar product. It may be advisable to contact us to discuss product replacements.
